Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to fully understand the legal position and your rights under the law. We, the owner, grant you, the user, a non-exclusive, revocable license to use services or access content as follows. User data from this website, through cookies or other means, is collected, stored, and used pursuant to our internal privacy policies which are available upon request.  The use of this website is governed by applicable law and illegal use, data scraping, spamming and other misconduct is strictly prohibited.  Users must be eighteen years of age or over and comply with applicable laws and regulations.  United States trademark law is mainly governed by the Lanham Act. Trademark rights are acquired automatically, at common law, when a business uses a name or logo in commerce and are enforceable in state courts. Marks registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office are given a higher degree of protection in federal courts than unregistered marks—both registered and unregistered trademarks are granted some degree of federal protection under the Lanham Act 43(a). Unless and until we enter into an express, formal and written agreement, explicitly, unequivocally and in detail describing the contractual accord reached by both parties, and bargained for consideration is exchanged multilaterally, we do not have any legal relations between one another and are not obliged, nor will we, to register or renew any trademark that you might currently own, have owned or are intending to register. If you have a trademark whose registration is expiring and/or have applied to register one, and you wish to full preserve your rights, then you ought to take steps to preserve it in a timely manner accordant with the applicable and governing statutes, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, protocols and other requirements. If you so desire, you may retain our services to assist you with this product preservation or advancement, but we make no warranties or representations and you fully indemnify us for any loss, damage or harm caused directly or indirectly by virtue of your reliance on any information from us including but not limited to any relief, remedies, redress or recourse from any court, tribunal, alternative dispute resolution (arbitration, mediation or otherwise) or other law enforcement. We are a private business and independent entity, not an enforcement arm or part of any state body and are not affiliated with the United States Patent and Trademark Office or have any arrangements with the American federal government to provide services on its behalf. Any material you may have received from us, by post, electronically or otherwise, is not a solicitation, offer, acceptance, invoice or bill and you do not have any obligations towards us, do not owe us any money, no debt, past, present or future, is currently or at all due from you to us and no payment is required from, or demanded of, you from us. Please do not take any totally optional and completely voluntary steps without first fully appreciating the position, including acting with minimal due diligence to clarify the status quo related to your trademark, whether registration is present or pending, as well as your expired, existing or expiring entitlements or duties, if any, under the law and note particularly that there is no requirement that you register marks with any governmental entity and furthermore note that you may have pre-existing protections under your state or local authorities or at common law such that you may not need or necessarily even greatly benefit, if at all, from registration with the federal or indeed any governing authority. We provide no service or product other than acting as a intermediary to connect you with and/or engage on your behalf, a professional contractor to assist with maintaining, preserving, renewing or otherwise keeping your intellectual property in active pending or registration status with the uspto.  We have no control over, and no responsibility for, the manner in which they attend to your matter, i.e., how quickly or slowly, how well or poorly, how properly or improperly, how correctly or incorrectly et cetera, much less any results achieved or not achieved, and you expressly quitclaim any liability, direct or indirect, proximate or respondeat superior or otherwise for any risk, delay, loss, harm, injury or other adverse outcomes.  Orders may not be cancelled, revoked, modified or otherwise amended without our express written consent.  If you have any questions, concerns or uncertainty you are always free to contact an attorney for advice and we strongly recommend that you do so. If you do not know how to find one, we suggest contacting your local bar association whose contact details are available in the phone book or online. Any questions, queries or other feedback are handled through our binding internal resolution service which is available upon request by either writing to us at our registered office address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, calling us on +1 (307) 202-8614 or via electronic mail at admin@the uspto.agency.  Any refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment, with a detailed explanation of the issue, including, but not limited to, a comprehensive statement of the problem, what satisfactory outcome is sought, a reasonable manner by which payment may be returned, if we so unilaterally choose and a valid mode of return correspondence or will be deemed a waiver of any and all rights at law, in equity or otherwise.  It is in our unfettered discretion whether or not to accept the concern(s) raised and what, if any, appropriate action to take.  If you act in a discourteous, rude, unprofessional, threatening, illegal or otherwise inappropriate fashion, including but not limited to defamatory comments, reviews, reports or interactions with us, non or third parties, then we will without any warning or further notice suspend all communications and terminate any a priori relationship or contract that may have been formed or entered into between us and take necessary legal action to protect our business, property, reputation and position.  Govern yourselves accordingly.  We will reply to all demands as soon as practicable and in any event within 90 calendar days and absolutely no possible enforcement action may, at all in any way, shape or form, be taken in the interim period of us assessing the situation and providing you with our final response.  This agreement is governed by applicable domestic and international law and severance of one provision does not nullify, negate, void or otherwise cancel it in its entirety. Any dispute arising is to be litigated exclusively and entirely in the forum of our choice at our absolute election and prior contact with us is required before pursuing any type of legal action whatsoever.  Neither party may assign rights.  These terms and conditions override any prior agreements, representations, or understandings and are valid, in force and agreed to you unless you clearly opt out of solely in writing and only by certified mail, attention managing member or authorized signing agent, Mr Nat Smith, or registered agent for service, Northwest Registered Agent Service Inc, and were last updated in December 2024.  By visiting and browsing this website and/or otherwise dealing with us, you agree to be bound in whole by the above terms and conditions, without exception and these may be varied at anytime with the only notification being through updates on this public website.  We strive for accuracy but are not liable for minor inaccuracies, typographical errors, omissions, misdescriptions, mistaken text, grammar/spelling wrongs, any other mutually disagreeable viewpoints or any misunderstandings or misperceptions on your part or intentions where accord was not reached in a clear and unequivocal way.  All other rights, inter alia content, branding, and intellectual property, reserved; copyright American Patent and Trademark Offices LLC, a Wyoming corporation with the registration number 2024-001540336.
